ABOUT ME

I’m a Licensed Therapist providing virtual therapy to adults and adolescents in California / Florida. My work focuses on helping people navigate meaningful change—whether that involves substance use recovery, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, or major life transitions.

I approach therapy as a collaborative and thoughtful process. Rather than offering quick fixes, I work with clients to develop greater clarity, emotional stability, and practical tools that support lasting change. Sessions are grounded, structured, and flexible, with attention to both insight and day-to-day functioning.

My clinical approach draws from a variety of evidence-based modalities. I adapt these approaches to each client, recognizing that meaningful progress looks different for everyone.

While I primarily work with adults, I also see adolescents on a limited basis and offer optional family sessions when appropriate.

Outside of my clinical work, I value staying active and grounded in my own life. I enjoy hiking, playing basketball, fitness, spending time outdoors, and visiting family on the East Coast. These parts of my life help keep me balanced and connected, and they inform the steady, realistic approach I bring to my work as a therapist.
