Individual sessions

Individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes in length and are conducted virtually, offering consistency and accessibility while maintaining a high standard of care. Family sessions
Family sessions provide a structured, supportive space to improve communication, understanding, and connection during periods of stress, transition, or conflict. These sessions can be especially helpful when families are navigating challenges related to mental health concerns, substance use, changes in roles, or ongoing patterns that feel difficult to shift. The focus is on creating clarity, strengthening relationships, and supporting healthier interactions over time.

Telehealth
All services are provided through secure telehealth, allowing clients located in California to participate in therapy from the comfort of their own space. Telehealth offers flexibility and consistency, making it easier to engage in therapy while balancing work, family, school, or other commitments. Sessions are designed to feel focused, connected, and effective, with the same level of care and clinical attention as in-person therapy.
Telehealth sessions are 50 minutes in length and conducted using a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. Clients may join sessions from home or another private location, supporting continuity of care regardless of physical distance. This approach allows therapy to remain accessible and consistent, while supporting meaningful progress over time.
